The Manchester Wedding Show is coming up on the 24th and 25th October, and to celebrate the launch, we will be offering another set of free tickets to the show.

We hold fab, fashion packed events in Liverpool, Harrogate, London and Newcastle, and every visitor receives a goodie bag packed with gifts from our sponsors.

It’s the Harrogate Wedding Show this weekend, and as ever we have a fantastic line up from the Wedding industry, some interesting local bridal companies and wedding venues, fabulous wedding fashion shows at times to suit you on both days of the show, and free gifts for every visitor.
Bridal and Menswear Fashion Show
We have fashion shows at the following times :
Saturday 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
Sunday 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
On the Catwalk will be Ave Rose Hamilton , Award Winning Confettie & Lace , Harrogate Suite Hire, Louella Bride, Ragdoll Of Pudsey, Snooty Frox, The Swanky Bride, Top Mark Suit Hire, True Perfection & Yorkshire Menswear.
Wedding Flowers and Décor
Twisted Willow Floristry are doing the fashion show flowers, and Catching Your Dreams are decorating the fashion show chairs.
Wedding Entertainment
Entertainment for the Fashion Show will include Classical Jazz, Jason Isaacs and The Event Music Company, so you can get a feel for the type of music you could have for your big day.
Wedding Companies at the Exhibition
Other interesting people at the show include Andrew Quarrie Master Of Ceremonies, who is an experienced Toastmaster, Costco Wholesales, where you can order bulk quantities of food, drink, table ware, etc.
Debenhams will be there to talk about their great selection of bridal wear and wedding list service, as well as Dub Tails Weddings, who have a Camper van called Sweet Pea, Eagle International - they will be showing off the talented owl ring bearer.
We also have Palmistry & Tarot doing Tarot reading, House of Fraser who have a great wedding list service, E & l Insurance, I Do Wedding Magazine.
Ice Bags will be there, showing off their customisable, colour coded ice bags for cooling champagne, along with Reece Wedding Cars.
Steel City Promotions will be there, they offer casino events, with a choice of themes from Hollywood Oscars, and Moulin Rouge to Winter Wonderland! (great for Hen nights/Stag do’s and wedding parties). The Church Of England will be there with members of the clergy available to take any questions, as well as The Wedding Guide, Vintage Tea Party Hire and Well Pleased Events.

This weekend, we’re at St Georges Hall in Liverpool. It’s a beautiful venue, and we’ve got some fab exhibitors coming to the show.
We have the Church of England who will be available to answer any questions you may have about getting married in church, and Glacial Art (who did a guest blog post about ice sculptures earlier this year).
Big names
There will be big names such as Debenhams, John Lewis, and The National Trust (if you fancy having your wedding in the stunning Speke Hall in Liverpool).
We have Liverpool Registration Services, Smooch Wedding Rings, K Co UK Beauty Products, Augustus Gloops Chocolate Fountains and there will be Vintage Cars displayed outside by Caremore Cars, and modern wedding cars by Alliance Chauffeur Services.
The Fashion Shows
We have fashion shows at the following times :

On the Catwalk will be Fairytale Brides, Berketex, Cambric Gowns with their bridal gowns, Captivating Brides, RoDayO, Kay Nelson, Florentyna Dawn with exquisite mother of the bride outfits (MOB) and Moss Bros Slaters with their Menswear.
In our free goodie bags this year, we have Walkers Shortbread, Galaxy chocolate bars, Fabric Conditioner, Nivea products, Alpen bars, Weight Watchers snacks, Thomas Cook voucher, Go Ahead bars, Splenda samples and Magners Pear Cider!
Other bridal companies involved in the show this weekend include Beatrice Eve, The Confetti Box, Cloud 9 and The Bridal Gallery Group.

This year’s UK Wedding Show Liverpool will be held in the beautiful and historic St. George’s Hall. The Grade I listed building will play host to an exciting collection of exhibitors, catering for every aspect of the Big Day.
Construction of the hall began in 1842 but its foundation stone was actually laid in 1838 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Victoria. The Hall was opened for public use in 1854 and its function as a community building was truly diverse; the building collectively acted as courtroom, ballroom and concert hall.
After a recent £23 million award-winning refurbishment project, the Hall now proudly stands in prime position as one of the countries most prolific cultural establishments as well as conducting community, civic and performing arts activities. The Hall has always been at the centre of community life in Liverpool; in 2008, St. George’s Hall hosted the ceremony for the ‘Capital of Culture People’s Opening’ and was attended by 65,000 people.
Architecturally, the Hall stands in a league of its own and is in possession of the largest tunnel vaulted ceiling in Europe. Magnificent red granite columns support the ceiling, complete with Victorian figures dedicated to art, science, fortitude and justice.
The Hall also boasts one of the greatest brick arches in the world and a priceless mosaic floor made up of 30,000 tiles. The Hall’s 7000-pipe concert organ is only second in size to that of the Albert Hall.
Visitors to St. George’s Hall can drop by the Heritage Centre, complete with the original prison cells that held Victorian criminals awaiting trial. Exhibitions, reconstructions and hands-on activities provide a greater understanding of the Hall and its place within the city of Liverpool.
