Terms and Conditions

• Tickets can only be refunded, exchanged or transferred up to 7 days after purchase.
  

• In the event of cancellation, The UK Wedding Shows will notify purchasers to inform them on how to claim a refund.
  

• If the event date or venue is changed, purchasers will be notified informing them of the change.  Tickets will remain valid for the new date or venue but can be refunded up to one week prior to the rescheduled event, or 3 days after notification of the change.
  

• It is the responsibility of the customer to contact The UK Wedding Shows to inform them of any change of address, phone number or email address.
  

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion carry out security searches.
  

• The credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets must be shown in order to collect the tickets.
  

• Tickets are sold subject to The UK Wedding Shows right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refunded monies or exchange tickets.
  

• Unauthorised use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited.
