Big Brother Winner turned TV Personality and Fitness Guru Josie Gibson will be appearing exclusively at The West of England Wedding Show on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th February 2014. Josie will be sharing her top tips on “Getting fit for your big day” as well as discussing and signing copies of her new DVD “21 day fat burn”.

The Bristol born star now devotes her time to fitness and nutrition after dropping from a size 20 to an incredible size 10 and shedding over 6 stone. Together with personal trainer James Stark, a fellow Bristolian, Josie has founded a system called “30 Second Slim” which has since been released as a No1 selling fitness DVD, designed to help other people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.

Josie shot to fame in 2010 when she won the final Big Brother series broadcast on Channel 4, polling 77.5% of the public vote – the largest winning margin on any Big Brother Series. Since leaving the house Josie has worked as an OK! TV presenter and OK! agony aunt, launched her own perfume, written regular magazine columns, worked as a plus-size model and appeared on numerous TV shows including The Wright Stuff, 8 out of the 10 Cats, Celebrity Juice and more.

Josie will also be opening the show on Saturday 8th February and will welcome the first 500 visitors through the door with a complimentary glass of fizz at the main catwalk stage.
