Michele Paradise - The Bridal Coach

Michele Paradise is The Bridal Coach and she enables brides to look and feel good inside and out for their big day. Having been an international model for 20 years and now a Harley Street Life Coach and Hypnotherapist for the past 10 years, Michele certainly knows what she is talking about. She blends her modelling and coaching skills to present workshops in calm and confidence, working with the camera, how to buy and wear the most comfortable wedding shoes and finding your body shape before buying that all important wedding dress.

How to exude confidence on your big day – Getting married will be one of the best days of your life. But the build up to the big day can be incredibly stressful with all those decisions you have to make, money spent and expectations of making everything ‘perfect’. This combined with the fact you are going to be the centre of attention can get overwhelming. Michele will give you plenty of tips and advice to help reduce your stress, worries and fears so that you can enjoy your day, feel great and confident.

How to work the camera – Wedding photo’s last forever so make sure that your photo’s capture you and your wedding party looking fabulous. Michele will show you how you can take some control of how you will look in your photographs, giving tips on how to pose, how to work with the camera, find your best angle and look slimmer.

Find a shoe that fits and improve your posture forever – Discover the different types of shoe styles available and get advice on how to find the most comfortable ones to wear on your big day. Pick up tips on how to make your shoes more comfortable and how to have great posture when walking down the aisle in high heels.

Know your body shape – This is an opportunity for you to find out what your body shape is so that when you buy your wedding dress you know what styles to look for and what suits you best. Bridesmaids mother of the brides and guests will all find this session useful. It will help you to prevent mistakes and look better on your big day.
